Just a quick note to say THANK YOU for a great holiday. We are closing today at 3 pm to enjoy some down time.

We hope all of you have a blessed and reflective Christmas Day and hug your loved ones a little tighter this holiest day. May the reason for the season be in your hearts.

Hello Bakery Fans... Thanks again for another great holiday. So great in fact that we are sorry to have to announce that as of today we have to cut off all holiday orders between now and December 24th. We have reached full capacity and we will no longer be able to take special orders. Sure, we will have things on the floor on a first-come first serve basis each day. Call ahead and we can put your name on anything we have out - but we have run out of oven time and hours to get any more orders from Friday thru next Wednesday.

You guys are awesome and Dan and I thank you for your continued patronage, support, kind words and the laughs. We look forward to seeing you this coming week. We will still have our awesome doughnuts and usual fare each morning.

Hey y'all and Happy December Bakery Fans...
Thanks again for another great week and this past Saturday was yet another one for the record books and once again, I worked the entire night getting all the orders done for the first weekend in December. (Y'all sure do go to a lot of parties!) I kicked it 45 hours straight with no sleep and we sold out right at 5 pm.

While I am still trying to catch up on sleep we are preparing for our first TV appearance tomorrow (Monday the 8th) on "Everyday with Marcus and Lisa" from 11am-Noon on The Family Net (Comcast, AOLTV and Sirius Channel 161). Hope you can catch us cooking up "Red State Red Velvet Poundcake." We will run the DVD of our appearance later this month - it should be a blast. (Hopefully Dan won't tell any of his lame jokes!)

Christmas orders are coming in daily so do yourself a favor and order up early!  Getting your order in now means no worrying at the last minute and no chance you may miss out by hitting us after our cut off date. Stay tuned for details...

Look for us this month in your latest issue of aboutU magazine - we are this month's "Hole in the Wall." (More like a small crater if you factor in the heavy chocolate cake we do...)
